In many cases, a referral is not required to begin occupational therapy services. If you are using insurance, referral requirements may vary by plan.

Yes. A complimentary 15–minute via phone consultation is available to determine whether services are a good fit. This consultation is informational and does not include therapy or clinical treatment.

Yes. Services are available through secure, HIPAA-complaint telehealth as well as in-person outpatient sessions.

Insurance credentialing is currently in progress. At this time, services are offered at cash-based rates, with HSA and FSA accepted. Once insurance participation is active, updates will be provided and insurance billing options will be available.
Superbills for paid services are available upon request. Reimbursement eligibility and requirements vary by plan, so patients are encouraged to contact their insurance providers directly for details. Many patients have obtained insurance waivers to receive out-of-network services.

At this time, services are offered on a cash-based basis. Rate information will be provided after you contact the practice using the secure contact/scheduling form. This allows time to review your needs, answer questions, and ensure services are a good fit before beginning care.
HSA and FSA payments are accepted. Additional payment details will be discussed prior to your first appointment.
